Shipping & Returns

Our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, shipping times will vary depending on potential delays due to a high volume of orders, your location, weekends, holidays, carrier problems, inclement weather and/or other events beyond our control.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your email confirmation, as you will also receive another notification once your order has shipped providing delivery and tracking information.

Please Note: We ship within the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, New Mexico and Puerto Rico). However, Australia and Canada customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed (if applicable); as the following arrival times are an approximation and can vary depending on destination country: Canada (6-10 business days) / Australia (6-12 business days)

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for covering all charges related to return shipping on orders.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, treats/chewable etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as oral, grooming, and sanitary products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (if applicable). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (processing times can take up to 7 days or sooner), as the refund will be applied back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
